Introduction
This mobile application Gamegrab (“App”) is owned and operated by Gamegrab (Private) Limited, a private limited company registered under the laws of Pakistan (hereinafter and throughout this App referred to as “Gamegrab”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Our registered office is at 7th Floor, Executive Tower, Dolmen Mall, Clifton, Karachi, Saddar Town, Karachi South, Sindh.
Acceptance of Terms
Through the App, Gamegrab shall provide you (“User“) sports venue-related information, pricing,
availability and booking facilities for the same, across Pakistan (“Service“). These Terms and Conditions (”
Terms“) govern the use of the App and the Service by the User. For avoidance of doubt, downloading,
installing, or using of the App constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of these Terms
including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink
. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
In consideration of the use of our App and Service, the User represents that he/she is of legal age to form a
binding contract and is not a person barred from receiving the Service under the laws of Pakistan or another
applicable jurisdiction.
We may need to update our Terms from time to time, each time you use our App you will be agreeing to the
latest version of our Terms.
Description of Service
The App provides a platform for users to book sports venues for various activities. The App facilitates the booking process by providing information about available sports venues, booking schedules, and payment processing.
User Accounts
In order to use all features of the App, the Users shall create a user account by providing us with certain
information, including but not limited to first name, last name, phone number and email address
(“Registration Information”).
The User warrants and represents that the Registration Information provided or to be provided to Gamegrab
on the App is true, accurate and complete and the User shall maintain and promptly update the Registration
Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If the User provides any information that is
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or Gamegrab has reasonable grounds to suspect that such
information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Gamegrab has the right to suspend or terminate
the User’s registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the App and/or any Service.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities
that occur under your account and in the event that you share the password details with any third party,
Gamegrab will not be liable for any losses or damages. The User also agrees and undertakes to
immediately notify Gamegrab of any unauthorized use of the User’s password or User ID. Gamegrab shall
not be responsible for any, direct or indirect, loss or damage arising out of the User’s failure to comply with
this requirement.
Booking and Payment
Users may reserve sports venues through the App by selecting their preferred venue, date, and time slot. All payments for bookings must be completed via RAAST or IBFT transfer to the Gamegrab’s designated bank account. The account details are as follows:

Currently, we offer the following payment options for bookings:
a) 100% Advance Payment: You can pay the full booking fees at the time of reservation through the App to the Gamegrab’s bank account provided above.
b) 50% Advance Payment: You can pay 50% of the booking fees at the time of reservation through the App to the Gamegrab’s bank account provided above, with the remaining 50% payable at the venue to the venue owner/manager. In either payment option, users must upload a valid screenshot or picture of the transfer receipt on the App to confirm their booking.

b) 50% Advance Payment: You can pay 50% of the booking fees at the time of reservation through the App to the Gamegrab’s bank account provided above, with the remaining 50% payable at the venue to the venue owner/manager. In either payment option, users must upload a valid screenshot or picture of the transfer receipt on the App to confirm their booking.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your booking, please contact our team at hbutt@getgamesgrab.com.
If you cancel any booking twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time slot, we will issue a full refund of the booking fee within [ ] days of approving the cancellation request.
If you cancel any booking within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled time slot, a penalty of 50% of the full booking fee will be charged. For clarity:
a) If you have paid the full booking fee in advance, we will refund 50% of the fee within [ ] days of approving the cancellation request.
b) If you have paid 50% of the booking fee in advance, no refund will be issued, and the entire advance payment will be forfeited to Gamegrab.

User Conduct
The User shall use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Without prejudice
to the generality of the foregoing, the User is prohibited from using this App or its content:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
- to violate any international, federal, provincial or state laws, regulations and rules;
- to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or interfere with or circumvent the security features of our service, any related website, other websites, or the internet;
- to collect or track the personal information of others or spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or
- for any obscene or immoral purpose.
The User shall not use the App in any way that may disrupt the functionality of the App or interfere with other users’ ability to use the App.
The User agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the App or the Service. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that the App is not for commercial use but is specifically meant for personal use only.
The User further agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display,
perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information,
software, products or services obtained from the App.
User relationship with Venue Providers
Gamegrab’s primary role is facilitating and managing venue booking between the Users and the various
venue providers the Users engage with. However, Gamegrab expressly disclaims any warranties, whether
express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the sports venues booked through
the App. Users acknowledge and agree that the App is a platform for facilitating bookings and does not
guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose of the venues listed. Users assume all
risks associated with booking and using the sports venues, and the App shall not be liable for any damages,
losses, or liabilities arising from such bookings.
We strongly urge you to fully acquaint yourself with all the terms and conditions provided by the sports venue regarding the booking you wish to make. In cases where disputes or liabilities arise from these venue-imposed terms and conditions, it is crucial to understand that the venue bears sole responsibility. We want to emphasize that we will not intervene in these matters nor accept any liability for them.
We strongly urge you to fully acquaint yourself with all the terms and conditions provided by the sports venue regarding the booking you wish to make. In cases where disputes or liabilities arise from these venue-imposed terms and conditions, it is crucial to understand that the venue bears sole responsibility. We want to emphasize that we will not intervene in these matters nor accept any liability for them.
Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof are exclusively owned by Gamegrab and are
protected by intellectual property laws. The structure, organization, and code of the App and its related
software contain valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Gamegrab. Except as expressly
stated herein, these terms and conditions do not grant you any intellectual property rights whatsoever in the
App and its related software and all rights are reserved by Gamegrab.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof without Gamegrab’s prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Gamegrab endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all information within the App, but neither warrants nor
represents the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data or information contained within it. We disclaim
all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App and its contents, including fitness for a particular
purpose and merchantability. Acting solely as a booking agent, Gamegrab bears no liability for the
standards of services provided by venue providers. Gamegrab shall not be responsible for any harm or
injury incurred by users during their booking or otherwise. While Gamegrab makes efforts to ensure
accuracy, Gamegrab cannot be held responsible for human or data entry errors or any resulting loss or
damages to Users. Gamegrab does not endorse any advertisers on its App, and Users are urged to verify
information independently.
Gamegrab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits or business. Gamegrab shall not be responsible for App unavailability due to maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control. Users understand and agree that any material accessed through the App is at their own risk. Gamegrab’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the refund of the total amount received from the User for Services, minus applicable charges. In no case the liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Gamegrab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits or business. Gamegrab shall not be responsible for App unavailability due to maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control. Users understand and agree that any material accessed through the App is at their own risk. Gamegrab’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the refund of the total amount received from the User for Services, minus applicable charges. In no case the liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gamegrab from and against any and all losses,
liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection
therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Gamegrab that arise out of,
result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty,
covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to these Terms.
Suspension
Gamegrab reserves the right to suspend the User’s access to the App at any time for any reason without
prior notice.
Without prejudice to other remedies available to Gamegrab under these Terms or applicable law, Gamegrab may take actions such as limiting the User’s activity or temporarily or indefinitely suspending or terminating the User’s registration, and/or denying the User access to the App if:
a) The User breaches these Terms or any other terms available on this App or otherwise agreed in writing by the User;
b) Gamegrab cannot verify or authenticate any information provided by the User; or
c) Gamegrab believes the User’s actions may infringe on third-party rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise result in liability for the User, other Users, or Gamegrab.
Gamegrab may, at its sole discretion, reinstate suspended Users at any time. However, once a User has been indefinitely suspended, they may not register or attempt to register with Gamegrab or use the App until reinstated by Gamegrab. Despite this, if the User breaches these Terms, Gamegrab reserves the right to recover any owed amounts and take legal action as deemed necessary.

Termination
Gamegrab reserves the right to terminate these Terms and a Service with or without cause at any time to be
effective immediately.
The User agrees that Gamegrab may under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User’s user id and access to the App or the Services. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to, breach by the User of these Terms, requests by enforcement or government agencies, requests by the User, non-payment of fees owed by the User in connection with the Services.
Either the User or Gamegrab may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Gamegrab shall not incur any liability to the User or any third party for terminating any Service. If the User disagrees with any terms of this Agreement or becomes dissatisfied with the Service, the User’s sole recourse is to immediately cease using the App and the Service and inform Gamegrab of such cessation.
Upon termination of the Service, the User’s right to use the App and Service will cease immediately. The User will have no further rights, and Gamegrab will have no obligation to complete any unfinished tasks or forward any unread or unsent messages to the User or any third party. Once the User’s registration or the Services are terminated, canceled, or suspended, any data stored on the App by the User may not be retrievable later.
The User agrees that Gamegrab may under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User’s user id and access to the App or the Services. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to, breach by the User of these Terms, requests by enforcement or government agencies, requests by the User, non-payment of fees owed by the User in connection with the Services.
Either the User or Gamegrab may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Gamegrab shall not incur any liability to the User or any third party for terminating any Service. If the User disagrees with any terms of this Agreement or becomes dissatisfied with the Service, the User’s sole recourse is to immediately cease using the App and the Service and inform Gamegrab of such cessation.

The User will have no further rights, and Gamegrab will have no obligation to complete any unfinished tasks or forward any unread or unsent messages to the User or any third party. Once the User’s registration or the Services are terminated, canceled, or suspended, any data stored on the App by the User may not be retrievable later.
Privacy policy:
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy
of Gamegrab in respect of the App. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy
Policy are acceptable to him.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of
Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan
Severability and Waiver
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed
amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can’t be made enforceable, then
it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of
these terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be made in
writing and signed by us.
